The Trend Arrow is calculated using your last 15 minutes of CGM data. This is different from the Prediction feature, which considers many variables like your insulin, carbs, and time of day.

  • Explore the mySugr app
    • When the CGM value falls outside the device's measuring range (above 22.2 mmol/L or below 2.2 mmol/L), the app will display HI or LO instead of a numerical value.
    • In some cases, an increased rate of fluctuations in your levels may need a quick and careful response. Talk to your healthcare provider about your personal diabetes profile and the best ways to manage your condition.
