<p>Yes. Since 2014 it has been possible to use this device also on children under 1 year of age and neonates.</p>

<p>The lancets (= needles surrounded by the sterility cap) of the Accu-Chek Safe-T-Pro Uno lancing device are sterilized in a process called gamma irradiation which meets the international standards.</p>
