Yes, switching to the mySugr app is mandatory for you to keep using your Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM sensor. After the moving period, all new sensors will pair only with the mySugr app. When your current sensor expires, and you switch to the mySugr app, you will no longer be able to pair a new sensor with the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app. By switching to the mySugr app, you will keep having access to the same features and the predictions you use today, plus more.

The Accu-Chek SmartGuide app and Predict app will keep working for a limited time. Plan to download the mySugr app and make the switch at your next sensor change.

The mySugr app is free to download and provides the essential tools for your daily management. As an Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM user, you currently have access to our full suite of integrated features. We are committed to constantly improving this experience and may introduce new, specialized tools in the future to provide even more personalized health insights.

The mySugr app is compatible with smartphones capable of running the following operating system versions:

• Android 11 and higher. Click here to learn more about how to update Android on your device.
• iOS 18.2 and above. If your phone runs the following versions of iOS, you will need to update the operating system before installing the mySugr app: 15, 16, 17, 18, and 18.1. Click here to learn more about how to update iOS on your device.

For a seamless transition, we recommend switching to the mySugr app at your next sensor change. This will ensure the best experience. When you log in to the mySugr app with your existing Accu-Chek account credentials, your last 30 days of glucose measurements are imported automatically.

Although you can download the mySugr app and start using it whenever you want, we recommend that you wait until you need to replace your sensor. You will not be able to unpair your current sensor from the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app.

After switching to the mySugr app, you will no longer be able to pair a new sensor in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app. If you already have an active sensor, it will continue to work with the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app until it expires.

When the sensor expires, the Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app will no longer display predictions. After installing the mySugr app on your device, all features of the Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app will be accessible in the mySugr app. All data remains accessible within the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app for as long as you have the app on your phone.

No, you will retain access to all existing features. Also, all the data from previous use will remain accessible in the mySugr app.

The last 30 days of collected CGM measurements will be imported from the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app into the mySugr app. To see your CGM measurements in the mySugr app, sign in with the same Accu-Chek account you used for the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app. As you start using the mySugr app, you will be guided through the steps to personalize the app according to your needs and recommendations from your healthcare professional. Manually logged entries in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app will not be transferred to the mySugr app.

All reports in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app can also be generated within the mySugr app, also for periods of time before the last 30 days of data imported into the mySugr app.

Data from the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app is available in the mySugr app, allowing you to generate and export PDF reports, including reports with previously collected data, and share them with your healthcare provider.

Your healthcare professional can view your data through the Accu-Chek Care platform or Glooko. The mySugr app supports secure data sharing with these platforms. You stay in full control of your account and can manage or delete your data at any time.

Yes, you can use any account to log in to the mySugr app. To see the past data from the last 30 days, you will need to connect to the mySugr app using the same Accu-Chek account you created in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app.

Yes, switching to the mySugr app will be visible to your healthcare professional’s remote monitoring. All data will continue to be shared automatically from the mySugr app.
