What if my phone is not connected to the internet?

If you do not have mobile data or Wi-Fi access, the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app continues to receive data from your paired CGM sensor, displays your data, and sends notifications that you have set up.

These app features are not available without cellular or Wi-Fi access:
• data sharing with your Accu-Chek account or healthcare provider (if sharing is set up)
• your recent data displayed in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app
• predictive features in the Accu-Chek SmartGuide Predict app
